The Real Estate Exchange creates a seamless pathway for buyers and sellers to reach a "handshake" agreement before turning it over to a licensed Contract Manager to prepare the purchase contract. After the contract is signed, the official transfer of title is managed by an on-site state-licensed closing service or partnered title company.
Online "Make an Offer" System
Buyers use the green "Make an Offer" button on your online posting to submit a non-binding offer. You will receive an email notification and have an opportunity to accept, decline, or counter the offer in a relaxed, no-pressure format. This convenient form of communication can continue until a "handshake" agreement has been reached.
On-Site Contract Managers
